REQUEST A MEETING WITH THE YCLUB RECRUIT TEAM

SEND INTENT LETTER
Requirements
• Club group history & background
• Reason for joining the YClub.
• Letter must be signed by the Club President.
Step 3
ACTIVITY REPORTS
These are the activities/events that your national club group initiated/organized starting from the date of application. Note: Template format will be sent and must be filled.
LIST OF CLUB MEMBERS
• Submit an excel file master list of your members.
• Official Club Organization/Officers.
COPY OF SEC REGISTRATION & CLUB LOGO
• The Club must be SEC Registered.
• Official Club Group logo
• Square - 1080x1080
• Landscape - 1920x1080
• Portrait - 1080x1920
• PNG File Format
Step 4
INVITE YCLUB RECRUITMENT TEAM TO THE CLUB INITIATED EVENT
• Assessment of the applying club group
• Organize an activity (touring, charity, eyeball, etc) that will show all declared active members.
Step 5
APPLICATION PERIOD (Meeting, Intent Letter)
• January-July (Annually)
SUBMISSION OF REQUIREMENTS
• Deadline of submission will be on or September 30 2025.
• Sec, Club Logo, Master list, Activity Reports
• NOTE: use provided template when sending requirements)
Step 6
EVALUATION PROCESS
• Once the requirements are submitted, the evaluation period is 2-3 months.
Step 7
Once application is approved. Confirmation notice will be sent to the club email.
• YClub accreditation will take effect after the notice is received.
Note: Sponsorship will start January of the following year
